    Lots of experimenting with beautiful Broome mangoes has produced an extensive range of unique mango products from homemade ice cream to chutney and sauces.
  • Wallis Mangoes

    The Wallis mango farm was established in 1983 by the Wallis family, and is one of the original mango farms at the 12 mile agricultural area. Fruit grown on the farm is made into a range of delicious products. There is a taste for everyone from fruit vinegars, salad dressings, dessert sauces, heaps of jams, conserves and marmalades, green and ripe mango pickles, chutneys and relishes.

  • Fruit Thingz

    The most delicious mango ice-cream and frozen fruit things. Stallholder, Tony Smith says of their product, ‘we developed our product from our mango farm which we planted ourselves. We then started the ice-creams and juices at the markets. It took us a long time to build up customers because our product in those days was very new to people’.
