The Wallis mango farm was established in 1983 by the Wallis family, and is one of the original mango farms at the 12 mile agricultural area. Fruit grown on the farm is made into a range of delicious products. There is a taste for everyone from fruit vinegars, salad dressings, dessert sauces, heaps of jams, conserves and marmalades, green and ripe mango pickles, chutneys and relishes.
