The health and safety of our traders, workers and patrons is the Broome Market’s top priority. The information below provides some useful information for all patrons and visitor requirements.
QR codes are displayed at entrances to the Broome markets. Please do the right thing and check in using your phone to sign in withe SAFE WA or the Services WA app when visiting the market. If you are unable to check in using your phone or do not have a phone, please sign in using the contact register at the entrances.
Please practice personal hygiene and utilise the complimentary hand sanitiser available at all stalls and at the entrances to the markets.
Please only touch produce / products you are going to purchase.
Please pack your own reusable bags where possible.
Please stay home if sick (even if mild symptoms) and get tested. Don’t come to the Market if you have any symptoms or are awaiting test results.
Please also make sure to cover your mouth and nose with your elbow when coughing or sneezing or use a tissue and discard immediately.
Please adhere to the 1.5 metre guideline and maintain a safe distance between yourself and others at all times.
Use contactless payments where possible.
The Broome Markets has increased it’s cleaning and sanitation, with a focus on the toilet facilities and common areas (including tables and chairs).
